Aspinall Student Housing is a family concern with long experience of providing rented private houses accredited student accommodation in Lenton, Nottingham. We do not employ agents. We provide houses that are comfortable, safe and enjoyable to live in.

Our houses are in Lenton, one of the most popular areas with students, and are on or near Derby Road and in easy distance of the university campus and the city centre.

We provide houses with between 5 and 6 individual bedrooms for students (see properties). We have adopted the Unipol DASH Code of shared housing standards. All the houses have now been refurbished with carpets or wooden flooring, new furniture and fitted kitchens. Rent is payable monthly in advance, or by installment, for the period 1st July to 30th June. All houses are available for 2015/16.
