We use the UNIPOL Assured Short-term Tenancy Agreement accepted by the University of Nottingham and the Student Union

New Tenancies

Please call or email for an application form. Once your application has been returned and accepted we will send you a copy of the agreement and invite you to meet up, usually at the house, to sign the contract. At the meeting payment for the deposit will be required and you will need to show your student card.
